How to identify real and fake gram flour?
1. Test with hydrochloric acid
It is impossible to identify the quality of gram flour by looking at the eyes, and nowadays both packet and loose gram flour are heavily adulterated. Hydrochloric acid is used to identify it. You take 2 to 3 spoons of gram flour in a bowl and prepare a paste by adding water. Add 2 teaspoons of hydrochloric acid to it and wait for a few minutes. If the color of gram flour turns red, then understand that it is the result of adulteration.
2. Take the help of lemon
Lemon is used in almost every household, with its help you can easily identify real and fake lemons, you just have to do a little experiment. For this, take 3 spoons of gram flour in a vessel and mix the same spoon of lemon juice. Now add hydrochloric acid to it. After leaving it for about 5 minutes, if the color of the gram flour turns brown or red, then understand that adulteration has been done in it.
