But for this, some eligibility has been fixed by the government. Only the students who fulfill them will get a chance to do an internship. Students who have these things will not get a chance. The government will give internships to one crore students

Recently, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the budget for the year 2024. In which she also announced a big scheme for the students. In the budget, the Finance Minister has announced to provide internships to 1 crore youth. Students will get an opportunity to do internships in different streams by about 500 big companies. A budget of 1.48 lakh crores will also be released by the Government of India for this. To take advantage of the internship program, students will have to fulfill some eligibility.

These students will not get an internship

Some criteria have been made for the students in this internship program of the Government of India. In which those students will not be given benefits. Who has not done a full-time course and whose age is less than 21 years or more than 24 years. So along with this, those students who have studied at IIT, IIM, and IISER will also not get the benefit of this internship program.

And those students who have a CA or CMA degree. They will also not be able to take advantage of this scheme. If someone in the family of a student is doing a government job. Or comes in the category of paying income tax. So such students will also not get the benefit of this program.

The government will give 5 thousand rupees
The students who will be selected under this internship scheme of the government, the government will receive 5 thousand rupees every month as a stipend. Along with that, the government will give them 6 thousand rupees at once. This 5-year internship will have two phases, which the first phase will be of 2 years and the second phase will be of 3 years.
