Who is eligible for the scheme?
If we talk about eligibility, then first of all the applicant must be 18 years of age.
At the same time, if you are a tailor, locksmith, barber, garland maker, washerman, stone carver, fishing net maker, and basket/mat/broom maker...
If you are a stone breaker, cobbler/shoemaker, doll and toy maker, hammer and toolkit maker, mason, boat builder, blacksmith, goldsmith, gunsmith, and sculptor, you are eligible for the scheme.
