You must have eaten rice kheer many times, but have you tried cauliflower kheer? If not, then learn its recipe here and feed the guests something different.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized cauliflower,
  • 1.5 liters of milk,
  • 250 grams of sugar,
  • 10 cashews,
  • 5 almonds,
  • 10-15 raisins,
  • chironji,
  • little cardamom powder

process :

  • First of all, clean the cauliflower and grate it. The grater has to be done with the fine side.
  • Now put two spoons of ghee in the pan or pan and fry the cabbage till it becomes golden. When the cabbage starts to become brown and becomes light brown, then add milk to the pan.
  • When the milk becomes thick like rabid, add cardamom powder and sugar to it and keep stirring.
  • Chop cashew nuts and almonds to garnish the kheer.
  • - Also add chironji and raisins to it.
  • Keep in mind that for making kheer, use only a thick bottom utensil. Due to this cabbage and milk will not stick to the utensil and kheer will not burn.
  • Keep the gas flame medium and slow.
