Ingredients for Pudina Paratha
wheat flour
mint leaves
Ginger (grated)
chilli powder
two teaspoons oil
dried mint
Spice
butter
Desi Ghee
salt to taste

How to make Pudina Paratha
To make Pudina Paratha, first, sift the flour in a mixing bowl.
After this add chopped mint leaves to the flour and mix.
Now add grated ginger, oil and salt as per taste to the flour and mix well.
Now add water little by little and knead the dough, and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Now add dry mint, red chilli powder and a little salt in a bowl and mix all three.
After 15 minutes mash the dough once more.

After this, make medium-sized balls of dough.
Now take a ball of flour and roll it in the shape of a roti, and put the dry mint mixture in it and spread it all around.
After this roll, the paratha and then after that make a roll like Lachha Paratha.
After this, pressing the roll from the middle, roll it in the shape of a paratha.
Now take a nonstick pan/griddle and heat it on medium heat.
When the griddle gets hot, put the paratha on it.
Now apply ghee on the paratha from both sides and roast till it becomes crisp.
Similarly, prepare all the Pudina Parathas.
Your parathas are ready, now serve them with curd or your favourite chutney.
