1 tsp sugar powder
1-liter milk
1 tsp chironji
1 tsp finely chopped pistachios
1 tbsp finely chopped almonds
1 tbsp finely chopped cashews
How to make Gujiya kheer
To make Gujiya Kheer, first, make a fine churma of the remaining Gujiya. Crush it and keep it in a bowl. After this, put the milk in a vessel on the gas to heat it.
When the milk starts boiling, add sugar, chironji, and cashews to it. Keep in mind that cashews are cut into small pieces. Now let this milk boil.
When the milk starts smelling good and you feel that the dry fruits are cooked, add saffron to it and cook the milk for 2 more minutes, then turn off the gas. When the milk cools down a bit, add Gujiya Churma to it and cook. Now your Gujiya kheer is ready. If you want, you can serve it hot as well.
