Daliya is very beneficial for our health. By eating it, the body gets many benefits. But if you are bored of eating the same type of porridge, then this time you can try Rajasthani-style lapsi.

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • a cup of Daliya
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 10-12 raisins
  • 10-12 cashews
  • 5-6 cardamom

Method :

  • First of all, keep the cooker on the gas for heating.
  • Now add ghee to it and heat it and then add oatmeal and roast it till it becomes light brown.
  • When the porridge is roasted well, add water according to the need and close the cooker.
  • Now cook it till one whistle comes and after the pressure is over, open the cooker.
  • Now add sugar, chopped cashew raisins, and cardamom powder to the porridge and mix well.
  • Now cook it for a while, so that the sugar dissolves well.
  • Hot and delicious Lapsi is ready. Take it out in a bowl and garnish it with dry fruits and serve it.
