Start the day like this

Start the day with fennel-carom water and almonds and walnuts. Soak one teaspoon of fennel and one teaspoon of celery at night. Heat them and filter them. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach with 7-8 almonds and 3-4 pieces of walnuts.

Breakfast

Eat two paneer parathas with a bowl of curd for breakfast.

Mid-meal

Eat fruits with coconut water in the mid-meal.

Lunch

Eat 2-gram flour bread, a bowl of mixed pulses/rajma, salad and green vegetables in lunch.

Snacks

Option 1

In the evening, eat a ladoo of haleem seeds with a glass of milk as a snack.

Option 2

Drink chia seeds water half an hour before dinner.

Dinner

Eat vegetable khichdi for dinner. Make this khichdi by adding lots of vegetables, oats and plantain. Eat it with salad.

Post dinner

Drink cinnamon water after dinner.

Take care of these things

  • You can include any nutritious food in your diet. Be sure to keep track of your daily calorie count.
  • Eat more home-cooked food.
  • Fats, carbs, proteins, fruits and vegetables are all needed by the body. In such a situation, do not completely avoid any one food group.
  • Drink 3-4 liters of water a day. Keep yourself hydrated.
