Last Monday, June 10, 2024, as soon as the government was formed for the third time, PM Narendra Modi first decided for the farmers. In this, he signed the file for releasing the 17th installment, after which the way for the release of the 17th installment was completely cleared.

When can the 17th installment be released?

Every farmer associated with PM Kisan Yojana is waiting for the 17th installment. If media reports are to be believed, after Prime Minister Modi signed the file, now the money of the 17th installment can come into the bank account of the farmers by the last week of June. However, no information has been revealed officially yet.

Earlier, if we talk about the 16th installment, then this installment was released on 28 February 2024. About 9 crore farmers got benefit from this. In such a situation, there is also a time of four months from February to June, which is the time for the release of the 17th installment.

So many farmers will get the benefit
This time under the scheme, 9.3 crore farmers will get the benefit of the 17th installment. For this, the government will release Rs 20 thousand crore. This benefit will be available only to eligible farmers. If any work of a farmer like e-KYC, land verification, etc. is not completed, then such farmers may be deprived of the benefits of installment.
