At the same time, crores of farmers are already associated with this scheme and are taking benefits. On the other hand, many new farmers are also applying. But you have to keep some things in mind, otherwise due to your small mistake you can become a victim of fraud. So let us know what are these mistakes. You can know about this further...

Farmers should not make these mistakes:-
Fraud in the name of e-KYC

Under PM Kisan Yojana, farmers must get e-KYC done. If you have received any call, message, or any unknown link for this, do not click on them even by mistake. Otherwise, fraudsters can cheat you through these.

Stay away from such people
Many farmers under the scheme have not been able to get the benefit of the previous installment. There can be many reasons behind this, but if someone asks you to get an installment and takes money from you in return. So you should be careful because there are such people who take money from you. Therefore stay away from them.

Avoiding calls
Fraudsters call people to get e-KYC done and cheat them by taking their confidential banking information. But you have to keep in mind that the government does not make such calls nor does any bank. Therefore, do not share any information on calls coming in the name of e-KYC.

Get your bank account updated yourself
When you join PM Kisan Yojana, you have to provide your bank account information and the installment money comes into this account. If the bank account information given by you is incorrect, then get it updated yourself by visiting the nearest center or by visiting the portal. But if you get a call in which you are asked for any confidential information in the name of updating your bank account information, then never share it. Otherwise, you may get cheated.
