To provide financial assistance to crores of farmers in the country, the Government of India is running a scheme called Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi. Under this scheme, the Government of India transfers 6 thousand rupees to the accounts of farmers every year. Rs 6,000 is released every year in three installments. Each installment is sent to the farmers' accounts at an interval of 4 months. Last month itself, Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the 15th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana in Khunti, Jharkhand on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Birsa Munda. After getting the benefit of the 15th installment, many farmers across the country are now waiting for the 16th installment. In this series, let us know when can the government release the 16th installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.
It is worth noting that the government has not made any official announcement regarding the transfer of the 16th installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.
However, if media reports are to be believed, the Government of India may release the 16th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana in February or March 2024 next year.
Many farmers in the country will not get the benefit of the next 16th installment. The government is very strict towards those farmers who are availing the benefits of this scheme wrongly.
In such a situation, the farmers who have not got the land records verified and e-KYC done under the scheme. They will not get the benefit of this scheme. Those farmers had entered the wrong information while applying for the scheme. They too will not get the benefit of this scheme. In such a situation, you should complete these important tasks as soon as possible to avail the benefits of the scheme.
