The farmer works hard day and night in the field and then his crop flourishes. To do farming, the farmer needs farming equipment and also financial help. Keeping this in mind, the central government runs the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Under this scheme, there is a provision to give 6 thousand rupees every year to the eligible farmers and this money is given in three installments of 2-2 thousand rupees. In such a situation, if your name is not yet linked to this scheme, then you can apply and get it linked and get benefits. So let's know how you can register for this scheme. 19th installment will be received:-

We will know about the application process, but before that know that now the next installment is to be released on the 19th. Under the rules, this installment can come to the bank account of the beneficiaries in the month of January. However, its information has not been officially revealed yet.

This is how you can get your name added to the scheme:-
Step 1
To get your name added to the scheme, first go to the official website of the scheme pmkisan.gov.in, and choose the option of 'New Farmer Registration' here, after which fill out the application form that appears.
After this, choose either 'Rural Farmer Registration' or 'Urban Farmer Registration'
Then fill in your Aadhaar number and your mobile number, after which you have to choose your state.

Step 2
Now fill in the captcha code and click on the 'Get OTP' button
Now an OTP will come on the mobile number entered by you, fill it here
Then click on the 'Proceed for Registration' button fill in your district and give your bank account information
After this, fill in the Aadhaar information here upload your document, and click on the 'Save' button

After applying, you must get an e-KYC done. If you do not get this work done, your installment may get stuck. Farmers also have to get land verification done and also link their Aadhar card to their bank account.
