Paneer 400 grams
Mustard oil 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste one teaspoon

garam masala one spoon

Steps to make biryani
First, wash the paneer and cut it into pieces.
Then put mustard oil, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, red chili powder, curd, garam masala, salt, and kasoori fenugreek in a bowl and marinate it well.
Add chopped onion to the mixture and keep it to marinate for 30 minutes.
After this, pour water into a pan and add bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, black pepper and soaked rice and cook for 10 minutes. Take out the rice if it remains a little raw.
Now heat oil in a pan and fry it by adding Shahi Jeera, Javitri, Cinnamon and Black Cardamom.
After roasting the mixture, add chopped onion and fry it, as if the onion is fried, add marinated paneer and fry it.
Now divide the rice into two parts, add paneer after a layer of rice in the pan and then add the remaining rice and mix the gravy.
After adding rice, add mint leaves, butter and saffron to it and cook for 20 minutes.
Turn off the gas after the specified time, your delicious Paneer Tikka Biryani is ready.
