  • According to Ayurveda, one should wake up in Brahmamuhurta to stay healthy. You must have often heard the elders of your house saying that they used to wake up around the time of sunrise.

  • Eat one meal a day sitting on the ground. This is the best way to improve digestion.
  • Crossing the legs, sitting on the ground in Sukhasana and eating food.
  • If you have digestion problems, then start eating fennel and sugar candy after meals.
  • This will improve your digestion and you will not feel heaviness after eating.
  • Stay away from all gadgets for at least 1 hour a day. This will have a good effect on your health.
  • In this 1 hour, neither use the phone nor be in contact with any other gadget in any way.
  • Walk at least 100 steps after every mile. This is called Shatpavali.
  • According to Ayurveda, you must walk 100 steps after every meal.

  • Often people drink tea or coffee at the beginning of the day. Instead, you have to start the day with lukewarm water.
  • This will not only improve your digestion but energy will also remain in the body.
  • The dust and pollution present in the environment have a direct effect on our skin. That's why special care must be taken of the skin. Abhyanga is very good for skin health.
  • According to Ayurveda, the skin should be massaged with oil. This gives nutrition to the skin. However, you should choose the oil with the advice of an expert.
  • According to Ayurveda, it is very important to wake up in the morning and clean your tongue. You should clean your tongue daily with a copper or silver U-shaped scraper. Toxins come out of it.
  • Keep your distance from processed food. Ayurveda considers them empty foods. Due to this, the body does not get any nutrition, but it is difficult to digest them.
