Necessary ingredients
Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 tsp
Sweet corn - 2 tsp
Dry yeast - 1 tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Paneer - 100 grams
Capsicum chopped - 1/2
Tomato cut into rounds - 1
Cheese - 2 cubes
Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Curd - 2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/3 tsp
Pizza sauce - 1 tsp

Recipe
To make cheese pizza, first, take a vessel and put milk in it and keep it on the gas to heat. When the milk becomes lukewarm, put sugar in it and turn off the gas after adding dry yeast. Keep it aside for 15 minutes. Now take a mixing bowl and put flour in it. Now knead a soft dough by adding yeast milk. After this, keep the dough aside in an air-tight container for one and a half to two hours.

Now take paneer and cut it into one-inch pieces. Now wrap the paneer pieces in curd and keep them in a bowl. Mix it by adding red chilli powder, black pepper powder, garam masala and salt as per taste. After this, leave it like this for 10 minutes. After the fixed time, take the flour and mash it well once again. Add a pinch of salt to it and mix.

Now to make pizza in the pan, put the pan on the gas to heat it. Put a stand in it and place an aluminium plate on top after applying a little oil. Now take the dough and press it with your palms to make a thick round base. Put it on a plate and cover it from above and let it cook for 10 minutes on medium flame. When the base is cooked, apply pizza sauce over it. After this, add marinated paneer, tomato slices, sweet corn, chilli flakes and chopped capsicum, add grated cheese, black pepper powder and salt as per taste and keep the pizza for cooking again. Now let the paneer pizza cook on low flame for about half an hour. Now your delicious paneer pizza is ready. Serve it with sauce.
