Step 1
If you also want to get an Ayushman card made, then first you have to check your eligibility, after which you will be able to know whether your Ayushman card will be made or not.
For this, first of all, you have to click on the option 'Am I Eligible' given on the website
Step 2
Then you will get some things to fill
In this, you have to first fill in your 10-digit mobile number
After this, an OTP will come on the registered mobile number, which you have to enter here
Then you will see the captcha code on the screen, fill it in and log in
Step 3
After logging in, you will get two options
In the first one, you have to fill your state
While, in the second option, you have to fill in your district
After this, you have to search, for which you have to choose the option
Step 4
You can choose an Aadhar card to search or there are many other documents here Which you can choose.
Now if you have chosen your Aadhaar number then you have to enter your 12 digit Aadhaar number.
After this click on search and then you will be able to know whether you are eligible to get an Ayushman card or not.
