Way to exercise

- To do this exercise you will need a tennis ball.

- Lie down on your stomach on the mat.

- Take the tennis boss in the right hand and try to catch it from behind the back with the left hand. Similarly, it has to be handed over from the left hand to the right hand.

- Repeat this at least 10 times at a time. Then take a break and repeat. Try to do this at least two to three times.
