These herbs work as natural painkillers
Turmeric: Turmeric has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and healing properties that help fight body pain and boost your overall health and immunity. Add 1 tbsp of turmeric powder to a glass of warm milk, stir well and drink.

Abhyangam: Abhyangam, an Ayurvedic body massage, helps relieve muscle tension, thereby relaxing muscles and improving blood circulation. Heat mustard or sesame oil and massage the whole body.

Ginger: Ginger is rich in phytochemistry and exhibits anti-inflammatory properties. These properties help in relieving body pain. Boil 1-2 inches of chopped ginger in a cup of water and consume it before it cools down.

Mustard oil: Mustard oil contains a compound called allyl isothiocyanate, which helps in reducing the pain caused due to inflammation in the body. Before taking bath, massage mustard oil all over the body and leave it for 30 minutes.
