Ingredients required to make Sabudana Momos
Sabudana 1 cup
Rock salt as per taste
For momo stuffing
Boiled potato 1 big
Peanuts roasted and crushed 2 tbsp
Green chili 1
Cumin 1 tsp
Ginger finely chopped 1/4 inch
Ghee 1 tbsp
Rock salt as per taste
Lemon 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves 1 tsp (finely chopped)
How to make Sabudana Momos?
To make sago momos, first of all, take sago.
Then wash them and soak them in some water for about 2 hours.
After this, put sago, salt, peanuts, and green chilies in the mixer jar.
Then grind it well and prepare a smooth mixture.
After this, heat the ghee in a pan for stuffing.
Then put cumin in hot oil and crackle it well.
After this, add boiled and mashed potatoes to it and mix well.
Then you squeeze chopped coriander leaves and a few drops of lemon on top of it.
