Take fibre rich diet

Foods that are rich in fibre must be included in the diet. Fibre slows down digestion, which means fewer calories are absorbed into the body. Fewer calories mean less formation of fat in the body.

Omega-3 Fatty Acid

To reduce the level of estrogen in the body, eat foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids. An anti-inflammatory compound is found in this acid. Fish, such as salmon and tuna, contain omega-3 fatty acids. In addition, omega-3 fatty acids are also found in chia seeds, flax seeds and nuts such as almonds.

Ingredients required

  • 5 neem leaves
  • 5 basil
  • turmeric powder
  • Jaggery
  • Ginger
  • 1 cup water

Method to prepare

  • In a vessel add 5 neem leaves, 5 basil leaves, a little turmeric powder, jaggery and grated a little ginger in 1 cup of water.
  • Now let it boil for some time.

Keep these things in mind

  • Do not include processed food, artificial sweetener and things rich in saturated fat in your diet.
  • Must drink water. There is no better option than water to detox the body. So make sure to drink at least 2 litres of water a day.
  • Zinc-rich foods also work to increase fat in the body. Therefore, to reduce breast size, do not include tofu and eggs in your diet.
