The 5-day-long Deepotsav has started today i.e. from 29 October. The festival of Dhanteras is being celebrated across the country today. After Dhanteras comes Narak Chaturdashi and then Diwali day. On the day of Diwali, people also go to their friends, relatives, and close ones at their homes and give them sweets and gifts to wish them Happy Diwali.
