Here's a recipe for Peas and Paneer Cutlets:

Ingredients:

1 cup green peas (fresh or frozen)

200 grams paneer (Indian cottage cheese), crumbled

1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped

2-3 green chilies, finely chopped

2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, chopped

1/2 teaspoon ginger paste

1/2 teaspoon garlic paste

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (optional, adjust to taste)

1/2 cup bread crumbs

Salt to taste

Oil for shallow frying

Instructions:

If using fresh peas, blanch them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. If using frozen peas, thaw them.

In a mixing bowl, mash the green peas with a fork or potato masher until they are partially crushed.

Add crumbled paneer, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger paste, garlic paste, coriander leaves, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder (if using), bread crumbs, and salt. Mix everything well to combine.

Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round or oval cutlet. Repeat with the remaining mixture.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan or skillet over medium heat.

Place the cutlets in the pan and shallow fry them until golden brown on both sides. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side.

Remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.

Serve the hot and crispy Peas and Paneer Cutlets with ketchup, chutney, or as desired.
