The excitement of Shardiya Navratri is visible everywhere. People have established Mata Rani in many places. During these nine days, different forms of Mother Goddess are worshiped every day. In this sequence, the fifth day of Navratri is on 19 October.

On this day, there is a tradition to worship Maa Skandamata, the fifth form of Maa Durga. She is considered to be the form of Goddess Parvati. It is believed that if you wear Mata Rani's favorite colors according to her form and offer her favorite things, then all your wishes will be fulfilled.

In such a situation, today we are going to tell you about the favorite offering of Mother Skandamata. Although offering bananas to this form of Mata Rani is considered auspicious, but if you want to make something different then make banana kheer and offer it to Mata Rani. Mother will be happy with this.

Ingredients needed to make banana kheer
Bananas – 4
Milk – half-liter
Sugar – 300 grams
Cashews – 50 grams
Almonds – 10 grams
Saffron – 8-10 threads
Raisins – 20 grams
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Pistachios and pomegranate seeds - one teaspoon each for garnishing

Method
Making banana kheer is very easy. To do this, first of all, you have to wash the bananas thoroughly and remove their peel. After this, mash the bananas well and prepare a paste.
Now cut all types of dry fruits into fine pieces and keep them in a bowl. After this, take milk in a vessel, put it on the gas, and let it boil. Add the banana paste to the milk and stir it well.
When it is cooked properly and the milk becomes thick, add sugar and saffron threads to it and mix properly. Lastly, add saffron threads to the kheer.
Now after switching off the gas, take it out in a bowl. Cool the kheer and add pomegranate seeds and pistachios over it. You can offer this kheer to Mata Rani.
