The excitement of Chaitra Navratri is visible everywhere these days. In this Navratri, people establish Maa Durga in their homes, localities, and colonies. It is said that whoever worships Mata Rani with true heart during these nine days, all his wishes are fulfilled. Every day the Mother is worshiped according to her form. People also offer their favorite offerings to all the forms of Maa Durga.

The Kushmanda form of Goddess Durga is worshiped on the fourth day of Navratri. Mother Kushmanda is the original form of creation, the original power, hence offering Malpua to her is considered very auspicious. In today's article, we are going to tell you an easy way to make Malpua, so that you too can please Mata Rani by offering home-made Malpua.

Malpua making material
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Semolina (Rava) – 1/2 cup
Mawa – 3 tbsp
Milk – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Desi ghee – for frying
Cashew – 1 tablespoon
Pistachios – 1 tablespoon
Fennel powder – 1/2 tsp
Saffron threads – 1 pinch
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp

Method
Making Malpua is a bit difficult, but it tastes delicious. To make this, first, sift wheat flour in a bowl and mix semolina in it. Mix both the things well and then add sugar, cardamom, and fennel powder to it. Mix this mixture well.
After mixing all these things, it is time to add khoya i.e. mawa to the bowl. After adding khoya, mix it well once again. After mixing, prepare the solution by slowly adding milk to it. While making the solution, keep in mind that it should neither be too thick nor too thin. Leave this solution for some time and start preparing the syrup.
For Malpua you will need Eksar syrup. To enhance the taste of the syrup, also mix cardamom powder in it.
Now you have to prepare Malpua. For this, heat ghee in a pan and start making Malpua considering the capacity of the pan. When it gets cooked golden from both sides, take it out and put it in syrup. After removing the syrup, add small pieces of pistachios on it. After it cools down, enjoy it.
