  • For this you stand straight.
  • Now massage the navel in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction for one minute.
  • Similarly, massage below the navel in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction.
  • By doing this the gas is stimulated to come out.
  • After some time the gas is released.

  • Consume celery, fennel and cumin.
  • Drink lemon, salt and water.
