Step 1
If you want to get an Ayushman card made, then eligible people have to first go to their nearest public service center.
You have to go here and meet the concerned officer
Then they have to show their documents
Step 2
After this, your eligibility will be checked and then your documents will be verified.
Then when everything is found fine, an application is made for your card and after a few days, your Ayushman card is ready.
