Narak Chaturdashi 2023: Diwali is a festival that is celebrated by everyone with great pomp. The excitement of the five-day-long festival of lights is visible everywhere. This great festival starts with the festival of Dhanteras. On the day of Dhanteras, people shop extensively and eat sweets. On the next day, people celebrate the festival of Chhoti Diwali i.e. Narak Chaturdashi. On the day of Narak Chaturdashi, people clean their houses thoroughly. There is also a tradition of applying Ubtan on this day.
Nowadays, ready-made packs of ubtan are also available, but if you want, you can prepare turmeric ubtan at home in the traditional way. Your face will glow with the elements found in turmeric. If you make ubtan at home, there will be no chemicals mixed in it, due to which there will be no fear of any side effects.
Turmeric, Milk, and Honey
To make the paste with the help of these three, first take 2 pinches of turmeric in a bowl and mix 2 spoons of milk and one spoon of honey in it. After this, apply this paste thoroughly on the entire face and wash it after 15 minutes. With its use, your face will remain glowing during the festival of Diwali.
Turmeric and neem
Neem and turmeric both contain elements that relieve many skin problems. To make this, take one to 2 spoons of neem powder and mix half a spoon of turmeric in it. Prepare a paste by adding light water to this paste. This will make your face glow.
Turmeric and curd
You can mix two pinches of turmeric in curd and apply it on your face. You can also scrub your face with the help of this paste. After scrubbing, wash it after some time.
Multani Mitti and Turmeric
To make this paste, first take 2 spoons of multani mitti and mix water in it and keep it aside for some time. After this, make a paste by adding one to two pinches of turmeric and rose water as per requirement. This will make your face glow.
