Ingredients to make Naan Sandwich
2 leftover naans, mint chutney, half cup chopped onion (for filling), half cup chopped onion (for a sandwich), half cup chopped tomato, chopped cucumber, one boiled potato, one cup soaked soya, chopped green coriander, red chili powder, black pepper powder, chili cut into 2-4 pieces, chaat masala, grated butter-cheese and salt as per taste.
Naan Sandwich Recipe
Step 1 – Heat a pan on flame. Now add some butter to it. Then add chopped onion, and chopped chilli and fry. Add red chilli powder, and black pepper powder and mix. When mixed well, add boiled potatoes and soaked soya and mash it.
Step 2 - If you want, you can also add soy sauce and chili sauce to this mixture, but it is optional. When this mixture gets mixed well and starts cooking, add chaat masala and chopped coriander and take it off the flame.
Step-3 Now put some butter in a pan on the gas and bake the naan. Heat the naan until it becomes crispy and hard. Then place the hot naan on a plate and spread mint chutney on it. Then apply the cooked potato and soya mixture and spread it. Place chopped tomatoes, onions, and cucumber on top of the naan. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, chaat masala, and grated cheese. Fold the naan and your special naan sandwich is ready.
