Ingredients to make Mushroom Manchurian
Corn flour - 4 tbsp
Flour - 2 tbsp
Fresh mushrooms - 250 grams (white button mushrooms)
Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste - half tsp
Soya sauce - half a teaspoon
Oil
salt - as per taste
Water - 4 tbsp

Ingredients for Frying Mushroom Manchurian
Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
Green chili - 1 finely chopped
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Green onion - finely chopped
Oil - 2 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1.5 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
Chili sauce - half a tablespoon
salt - as per taste

How to make Mushroom Manchurian
First, wash the mushrooms in water. Wipe it well and cut it into medium size. Now take all-purpose flour, and corn flour in a bowl and mix it. Now add ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, salt, and 4 tbsp water to it and mix well. Make a thick slurry and add mushrooms to this slurry and mix it well.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms in it on medium heat till golden brown. Do not fry it for a long time, otherwise, it will start releasing water and oil will start splattering. When lightly golden, take out the mushrooms from the oil and keep them on a paper napkin, so that the excess oil drains out.

Now put a thin surface pan on the gas on high flame. Add 2 tbsp oil to it and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, add ginger, garlic paste, green chilies, and chopped onions to it. Cook it on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Now add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, and chili sauce to it. Add salt to it and mix it well. Now add fried pieces of mushroom, add green onion and mix well. While tossing all the ingredients, cook for about 1 to 2 minutes. Serve the ready-made delicious Mushroom Manchurian hot.
