The month of June-July is also very challenging for people due to mosquito-borne diseases with humid heat. According to recent reports, cases of diseases caused by mosquito bites in the capital Delhi have started increasing. Due to unseasonal rains last month, there has been an increase in cases of the disease.

According to reports, 34 malaria cases have been registered so far this year, which is the second largest case till June in the last six years. During the same period, 31 cases of malaria were registered in Delhi in 2019 and 2020, eight cases in 2021 and 22 cases in 2022.

Like malaria, dengue cases have also increased, so many cases have been reported till June for the second time in the last five years. So far 98 cases of dengue have been registered in the capital this year, while a total of 133 cases were reported in a total of 133, in 2021 and 20 cases in 2020 last year. Doctors say all people need to be alerted as cases may increase even more after the onset of the monsoon.

Things can deteriorate in July-August.
To know about the problems caused by mosquito-borne diseases and measures for prevention, we talked to Dr. Prabhat Ranjan of Intensive Care. Doctors say the figures are alarming, this is the data till actually, the season of mosquito-borne diseases has not started. There was rain in the month of April-May, which gave mosquitoes a favorable environment for breeding. However, when rain and water logging starts in the months of July-August, its cases can increase even more, so all people must be alerted from now on.

Dangu and Chikungunya threat
Dr. Prabhat says, usually in July, a period of heavy rains starts. In such a situation, waterlogging and dirt are ideal reproductions for mosquitoes. This is the reason that every time from August to October, there is a lot of pressure on the health department due to diseases like dengue-malaria. A large number of people also die every year due to deadly diseases like dengue and chikungunya. If protective methods are not adopted in this regard, it can have serious side effects.

It is necessary to take care
Doctors say precautions are necessary to be safe from diseases caused by mosquito bites. Since there are currently no vaccines for rescue, it is very important to understand the symptoms of diseases and adopt methods of prevention. Mosquitoes of some diseases cut more during the day, while in the evening, it is necessary to always follow mosquitoes.

This is how to protect
If proper care is taken, dangerous diseases caused by mosquitoes can be prevented. The simplest way to be safe from a disease like dengue-malaria is to ensure that mosquitoes do not thrive around you. Some other things should also be taken care of for prevention.
Keep your house clean and tidy.
Do not allow water to accumulate anywhere in the house or around.
Spraying medicines to kill hidden mosquitoes.
In the rain, stopping clean water is most favorable for the breeding of mosquitoes, so keep emptying the tank-cooler water as well.
Wear clothes that do not keep any part of the body open.
Keep the doors and windows of the house closed in the morning and evening.
