1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to your taste)

Juice of half a lemon

Salt to taste

Sev (crispy chickpea flour noodles) for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

If you are using dried chickpeas, soak them overnight and boil until they become soft. Alternatively, you can use canned chickpeas that have been rinsed and drained.

In a large mixing bowl, add the boiled chickpeas, chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, green chili, and coriander leaves.

Add tamarind chutney and green chutney to the bowl. You can adjust the quantity of chutneys according to your taste preference.

Sprinkle chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt over the mixture.
