Method :
Make a ginger-garlic paste.

Mix this paste in gram flour.

Mix all the powder and tamarind.

Make a thick paste by adding water.

- Invert the colocasia leaves. Apply the prepared paste and roll the leaf.

Steam all the rolls. Cut them out.

Apply tempering of cumin, mustard, and sesame in oil.

- Serve with hot tea.
