Paneer Tomato is a delicious snack that you can enjoy anytime.

Cut the top part of the tomato and take out the seeds. Now grease the tomatoes with little oil. Now put grated mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese in a bowl.

Add oregano, chilli flakes, coriander leaves and salt to taste. Stuff the paneer evenly with all the tomatoes and mix well. Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper powder on each stuffed tomato.

Now place the tomatoes on a greased baking tray. Bake in preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes. You can also put tomatoes in a pan greased with ghee, cover them with a lid and cook till they become soft.
