Today we have brought you an easy recipe to make pickles at home. Due to this sweet and sour pickles will be prepared at home. It is also easy to make and it tastes equally delicious.

Ingredients for making Mix Vegetable Pickle
Cabbage 500 grams
Carrot 500 grams
Radish 500 grams
Green Peas 500 grams
Mustard oil 100 grams
Asafoetida 1 tbsp
Rai 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tbsp
yellow mustard one tablespoon
lemon juice 2 teaspoons
sugar 2 teaspoons

Mix Vegetable Pickle Recipe
1. First cut the vegetables into medium size.
2. Boil water in a big vessel, put all the vegetables in it and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
3. Take a clean cloth and spread half-cooked vegetables on it and dry it.
4. After drying in the sun, all the water will be removed from the vegetables.
5. Heat mustard oil in a pan, and turn off the gas.
6. Put all the vegetables in a big vessel, now put hot oil in it.
7. Add asafoetida, mustard seeds, turmeric, yellow mustard, lemon juice, sugar and salt as per taste to the vegetables and mix well.
8. Now put the vegetables in a glass or plastic jar and dry them in the sun.
Keep it dry in the sun for 9. 4 to 5 days, do run it twice a day.
Sour sweet pickle is ready. It can be stored for many days.
