Ingredients for making Samosa
Fine flour
Potato
Green chilly
Coriander
Ginger
Oil
Salt
Chilli powder
Teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Teaspoon asafoetida
Teaspoon celery

Method
To prepare samosa, first, sift the flour and take it out in a big bowl. After this add salt and celery to this flour. After mixing it well, knead the flour by adding water. After kneading the flour, keep it aside. After this, take a pan and heat the oil in it.
Now add boiled potatoes to it and mash it well. Now add green chilli, coriander, ginger, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, asafoetida and celery to these potatoes. Now fry it well. When it is roasted properly, take out the potatoes on a plate.
Now comes the turn to make samosa. To make samosa, now take a ball of kneaded flour and roll it into a round shape. Now cut it into two parts from the middle and lift one part. Make one part triangular and fill it with potatoes.
Fill the potatoes and stick it on top with the help of wet flour. Prepare all the samosas in this manner. Now these samosas are ready. If you want, fry it in oil. If you do not want to eat oily samosa then you can also air fry it.
