Don't drink water while standing

If you are drinking water while standing, it can affect the process of digestion. Drinking water while standing also prevents the proper absorption of essential nutrients in the body. Always drink water while sitting and sip by sip so that it reaches your body properly.

Drink water only when you are thirsty

Most people are aware of the disadvantages of dehydration, but over hydration or drinking excessive water can also harm the body. Drink water only when you are thirsty. Water in the body should not be less than necessary. But also keep in mind that you should not drink excessive water without thirst.

Don't drink too much cold water

Most people like to drink cold water only. Especially in summer everyone wants to drink only chilled water. Cold water may seem refreshing but it can affect your digestion. It can also cause muscle pain. That's why drink water at room temperature only. If you drink lukewarm water then it will be better.

Don't drink water quickly

If you drink water too often, it can lead to indigestion and bloating. So drink water in small sips. Keeping the water in the mouth should be chewed for some time. This is the right way to give proper hydration to the body.

Do not drink water while eating

If you drink water in between your meals, it dilutes your digestive juices. Because of this, it becomes difficult to digest food. Drink water at least half an hour after eating food. Digestion will be correct by this and the body will also remain hydrated.
