The Uttar Pradesh Government is soon conducting UP PET (Uttar Pradesh Preliminary Eligibility Test) for Group B and C posts in various government departments. Before participating in this examination, applicants can check the exam details on the official website upsssc.gov.in. Before appearing in this examination, candidates should pay attention to the guidelines of the examination center.
The registration process for the UP PET 2023 exam started on August 1, 2023. Candidates were given time till August 30, 2023, to submit their applications. UP PET 2023 exam will be conducted on 28th and 29th October 2023 in various districts of Uttar Pradesh. You can find details of the exam dress code below.
UP PET Exam Dress Code Guidelines:
Just before the UP PET 2023 exam, new guidelines regarding dress code and examination center will be issued by UPSSSC. It will specify the dress code and instructions of the examination center. As per last year's notification, the exam center guidelines are as follows:
Before going to the examination center, make sure that you have a printed hard copy of the admit card. Also, keep 2-4 passport-size photographs with you. Photos should be recent.
Candidates must carry an ID card with them while going to the examination center. This can be a passport, Aadhar card, PAN card, or driver's license.

As per the previous notice, any type of electronic device is prohibited inside the examination hall. Candidates will have to leave their mobile phones, smartwatches, headphones, earphones, and laptops outside.
As per the dress code, male candidates should not wear full-sleeve shirts inside the examination hall. For female candidates, dress code guidelines were issued last year.
Women should not cover their faces. They should wear half-sleeved clothes and simple rubber bands in their hair. Wearing any kind of jewelry is not allowed.

UPSSSC PET 2023 Admit Card:
Uttar Pradesh Staff Selection Commission (UPSSSC) will release the admit card for the UP PET 2023 exam. Admit cards will be available on the official website upsssc.gov.in. Once the admit card is released, candidates can download it by logging in with their registration number.
