For this, you have to send a message to CMRL's WhatsApp number +91 8300086000. Here the names of all the metro stations will be displayed. After this, you have to choose any one language in Tamil or English.
After that, you have to choose either Book Ticket or the Find Nearest Metro Station option. On selecting the option to book your ticket, you have to select the origin and destination station. Keep in mind that you can book a maximum of 6 tickets at a time.
You have to make payment on the next step. QR ticket will be sent to you after payment. By following this process you can easily book an E-ticket.
