Masoor Dal Kebab is a healthy and tasty recipe, which is liked by everyone. You can make this kebab easily.

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Masoor Dal,
  • 1-2 onions chopped,
  • 1 tbsp ginger,
  • 1 tsp green chili and garlic paste,
  • chopped coriander leaves,
  • salt as per taste,
  • 3-4 tsp oil

Method :

  • First of all, soak the lentils in water for 2 hours.
  • Then grind the dal in the mixie.
  • Now mix all the ingredients in it.
  • Heat the griddle, and add oil to it.
  • Make small kebabs out of it and bake them on a griddle.
  • Masoor dal kabab is ready, serve it with chutney.
