Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Masoor Dal,
- 1-2 onions chopped,
- 1 tbsp ginger,
- 1 tsp green chili and garlic paste,
- chopped coriander leaves,
- salt as per taste,
- 3-4 tsp oil
Method :
- First of all, soak the lentils in water for 2 hours.
- Then grind the dal in the mixie.
- Now mix all the ingredients in it.
- Heat the griddle, and add oil to it.
- Make small kebabs out of it and bake them on a griddle.
- Masoor dal kabab is ready, serve it with chutney.
