Ingredients of Chilli Cheese Naan

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • fresh coriander
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

How to Make Chilli Cheese Naan

1. First of all mix active dry yeast, sugar, and lukewarm water. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes or till the yeast becomes active.

2. Take a big bowl and put all-purpose flour, curd, salt, and oil in it. Mix well and knead to make a smooth dough.

3. Cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep it in a warm place for an hour. Put chilies, cheese, chili flakes, salt, and fresh coriander in a bowl.

4. Mix well and keep aside. When the dough doubles in size, cut it into equal parts. Now, sprinkle some refined flour on a clean surface and roll out the dough evenly using a rolling pin.

5. Sprinkle the chili cheese mixture in the center, seal the edges, and roll again. Heat a heavy non-stick griddle on medium heat and put the rolled dough in it.

6. Allow it to cook till it puffs up. Flip the naan and cook for a few more minutes. Brush with melted butter and serve hot! Chilli Paneer Naan is ready!
