4. Now add maida and desi ghee to another utensil and mix it well with your hands.
5. When the ghee mixes well in the flour, add water to it and prepare a thick batter.
6. After the jalebi batter is ready, pour it into the jalebi mold.
7. Now put oil in a pan to fry the jalebi and heat it.
8. After the oil is hot, put the jalebi in it by giving it a round shape and fry it slowly.
