Material :
Quaker oats powder - 3/4 cup Banana or ripe mango (chopped) - 1 Maida - 1/4 cup 2 egg whites Skimmed milk - 3/4 cup Sugar - as per taste Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

Method :
Whatever mango or banana you are going to use for the pancake, make a puree by mixing it with milk.

Add Quaker Oats Powder, Maida, and Egg White to it.

Along with this add vanilla essence, sugar, and skimmed milk.

- Beat everything well.

Heat a nonstick pan and pour the pancake batter into it with the help of a deep spoon.

Cook the pancake from one side on low flame. After that turn it over and cook it from the other side as well.
