Cream or cream – 200 grams
Raisins – 2 tbsp
Cashews - 2 tbsp
Cashew paste – 50 grams
Turmeric – half teaspoon
Raja Masala - 1/2 tsp
Kasoori Methi - 1 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp

how to make
First of all, keep the boiled potatoes in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
To make Malai Kofta, mash the paneer and potatoes well.
Now cut raisins and cashews into small pieces and add one teaspoon of sugar to it.
After this, heat the oil in a pan.
After this, make balls of the cheese mixture and fill it with dry fruits.


Then fry this kofta and take it out, if it bursts then take it out and dust it with dry flour and fry it.
For gravy, fry onion, ginger, garlic, and tomatoes and add cashew paste.
Then add 2 spoons of hot milk, Kasuri methi, and all the dry spices in this mixture.
Keep in mind that you have to fry it until oil leaves the sides of the mixture.
Then add half a cup of water and when you feel that the gravy has become a little thick, add cream, sugar, and Kasuri methi it.
After this let the gravy boil.
Kofta should never be put in hot gravy. Due to this, the koftas break.
While serving Malai Kofta, first take out the kofta in a bowl and pour gravy over it.
