Tomato - 1
Cucumber – 1/2
Potato boiled - 1
Curd - 1 cup
Tamarind chutney - 2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Green coriander chopped - 1 tbsp
salt - as per taste

To make Makhana Chaat full of taste and nutrition, first of all, put curd in a utensil and whisk it well. The curd has to be whisked till it becomes light in consistency. A little water can also be added to the curd as per the requirement. After this, keep the whipped curd aside. Now put a pan on medium flame to heat it. After the pan is hot, put Makhana in it and dry roast it. During this, keep the gas flame low. After the makhanas are well roasted, take them out in a bowl.

After this, break all the makhanas into two parts. Now boil the potatoes and then peel them and cut them into small pieces. After this, chop tomato and cucumber too finely. Now take a bowl of curd and add chopped tomatoes, cucumber, and potatoes to it and mix well. After this put the pieces of makhana in the utensil and mix it well.
