Ingredients required-
Carrot - 1
Washed and soaked moong dal - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 pinch
Black pepper - 1 pinch
Method to prepare -
Put ghee and chopped carrots in a pot. Sauté for a minute. Add salt and pepper to it.
Now add lentils to it.
Add water and pressure cook for 10 minutes.
Blend it.
Your soup is ready.
Take it out in a bowl.
