After this, through this Ayushman card, the cardholder can get free treatment of up to Rs 5 lakh.
This is the way to apply for an Ayushman card: –
Step 1
If you are also eligible for Ayushman Yojana and want to join this scheme, then for this you have to go to your nearest public service center.
Then here you have to meet the concerned officer
Step 2
Then you have to tell for the application, after which some documents will be asked from you.
You have to provide an active mobile number along with an Aadhaar card, ration card, and residence certificate in the documents
Step 3
Then the documents given by you and your eligibility are also checked.
In this case, if everything is found correct, then your process is taken forward.
After this, an Ayushman card is issued to you within 10 to 15 days.
