Material
Mustard oil - 5 tbsp
1 bowl olives - minced
Jaggery - 50 grams
Panchphoron - 2 tbsp
Roasted cumin - 2 tbsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Honey - 2 tbsp

Recipe
First, take a pan and heat mustard oil in it.
2 After this, heat the jaggery on medium heat and mix it.
After adding 3 olives, add salt, panchforan, red chili powder, and roasted cumin and cook for some time.
4 Then add honey to it and let it cook for some time on the gas.
5 Now your delicious jaggery sweet and sour chutney is ready.
6 You can also eat it with Golgappa, Kachori, Tikia, and Sev Puri.
