Whenever we make something, we try to make everyone from the elders to the children eat it with great gusto. Elders eat everything but it is very difficult to feed anything to children. No matter how old the children become, they always have tantrums about food. Especially when it comes to eating vegetables, children run away from it. If the vegetable of their choice is made then it is fine but hardly any child will like vegetables like bottle gourd and ridge gourd.

Given these tantrums, today we are going to tell you about a dish, which your children will also be happy to eat and they will not even know that this dish is made of bottle gourd. Actually, in today's article we are going to tell you how to make Lauki Dosa so that you can make and feed your child healthy and tasty dishes at home.

Ingredients for making Lauki Dosa
Lauki: 1 medium size, peeled and grated
Rice flour: 1 cup
Semolina: 1/4 cup
Curd: 1/2 cup
Green chilli: 1 finely chopped
Coriander leaves: 2 tbsp chopped
Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder: 1/4 tsp
Salt: according to taste
Oil: for making dosa
Water: as per requirement

Method
First of all, peel and grate the lauki. If there is excess water in the lake, then squeeze it a little and remove the water. Now in a large bowl, mix the grated lauki, rice flour, semolina, curd, green chilli, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt and mix well.
After this, prepare this batter by adding a little water at a time. Leave the batter to rest for 15-20 minutes. After this, heat a non-stick dosa pan on medium flame and apply oil little by little.

Now make dosa from this batter on the pan. When it becomes golden and crispy, flip it and fry it from the other side as well.

When it becomes golden brown, take it off the dosa. Now take it out on a serving plate and serve with tomato chutney or coconut chutney.
