Ingredients required for making Kuchla
Maida 400 grams
1/3 tsp baking soda
a teaspoon of sugar
2 tbsp curd
salt to taste
How to make Kulcha
Making Kulcha is very easy. To make it, first, take all-purpose flour in a big bowl. Add curd and sugar to this bowl and mix well. Add salt to it as per taste.
When it is set properly, knead the flour by adding little water to it. After kneading it, cover it and keep it aside for half an hour.
It will be set after half an hour. Now make small balls out of it and roll it. After rolling the dough, take a griddle and heat it by adding a little oil to it.
After the griddle is hot, put the kulcha on it. Cook it from both sides. Bake all the dough balls in the same way.
Your kulchas are ready. Serve it hot with chole. You can enhance its taste even more by serving onions, pickles, and raita along with it.
