Ingredients for making vegetable pasta
Fusilli pasta (cooked) – 1 cup
Finely chopped onion – 1/4 cup
Chopped capsicum – 1 cup
Broccoli (blanched) – 1/4 cup
Chopped carrots (blanched) – 1/4 tablespoon
Finely chopped tomatoes – 1/2 cup
Wheat flour – 2 tsp
Milk – 3/4 cup
Chopped green chilli – 1/2 tsp
Mozzarella cheese – 3 tbsp
Garlic chopped – 2 tsp
Olive oil – 2 tsp
Salt – as per taste

If you want to make tasty pasta for children, then first take a big bowl and add milk to it. Now add 2 spoons of wheat flour in milk, mix well, and keep aside. After this, finely chop other vegetables including tomato, onion, broccoli, and carrot, then blanch the carrot and broccoli. Now put olive oil in a nonstick pan and heat it.

After the oil is hot, add onion, capsicum, and garlic and fry for 2 minutes on medium flame. After this add carrots, broccoli, tomatoes, and green chillies and mix everything and let it cook for 2 more minutes. After this, add fusilli pasta, cheese, wheat flour mixed milk to the pan, mix with the help of a spoon, and let it cook. After some time, add salt as per taste in the pan.

Now stir all the ingredients and let them cook for at least 3-4 minutes. After this turn off the gas. Vegetable pasta rich in taste and nutrition is ready. Transfer it to a serving bowl and serve it hot to children.
